Return Policy
We always manufacture our DVDs on high quality
equipment, using high quallty DVDs which play in
most NTSC DVD players and computers. However,
some older model DVD players have difficulty reading
the newer discs. Occasionally there are duplication
problems, encoding errors, or defective discs. Should
this occur, every attempt will be made to replace
DVDs with defective coding free of charge.
We cannot refund payments on pre-show purchases
after they are shipped. Merchandise must be post
marked for returned within 3 days of receipt, and a
credit will be given.
Shipping & Releases
In-stock titles ship within 2-3 business days, allow 2
weeks for out of stock titles, and 6-12 weeks for
pre-order and new titles. We almost always ship using
USPS First Class mail, which usually takes 2-3 days.
We use tracking upon request and for
return/replacement packages. Sometimes video
releases are delayed due to artwork, photographs,
and/or design approval clients, obtaining release back
injuries, and even the common cold. Please accept
our apologies for any delays and we hope that our
service and the quality of our products make up for
any inconvenience.
If you are a group director/performer and have not
turned in a Performers Release, please submit one
electronically, or download and print. Mail printed
forms to us at Cintronart Productions as soon as
possible. You are probably holding up a release date
and we cannot release a video without all the releases
completed!!!
